Me First and the Gimme Gimmes have announced that their previously reported new release will be an EP featuring covers of Japanese artists, which will be released in anticipation of the group's tour of the island nation in September. Confirmed covers among the six that will make the EP are "Kekkon Shiyoyo" by Takuryo Yoshida, "Hero" by Kai Band and "Kokoro No Tabi" by Tulip.
