Jughead's Revenge recently lost their lawsuit with the makers of Archie Comics. They were suing JR for use of the name Jughead and using his picture on merchandise and also on their second album artwork. So now they can only sell things under the name of, and call themselves Jughead's Revenge until the end of the year. The band says they don't know what they're going to do about this yet.

Also the anticipated 7" on Fat Wreck and the CD-Rom have been postponed. We already mentioned how lame Archie comics is here, go re-read it and tell Archie Comics they suck some more.
