The lineup has been announced for the first edition of Red Bull Riot Fest East in Philadelphia, PA on September 24 at Festival Pier at Penn's Landing. The day's headliners include; Descendents, The Dead Milkmen, Plow United, X, Hot Water Music, Suicide Machines and Naked Raygun and more. The full roster is listed below and organizers say more will be added soon.

It's the first time the festival will appear on the east coast. Tickets for Red Bull Riot Fest East go on sale Friday June, 24 at 10 AM EST. Tickets are $34.50 and can be purchased here. We told you about the OG Riot Fest in Chicago earlier today.
