Glasgow's We Were Promised Jetpacks will be releasing their sophomore album, In The Pit Of The Stomach, on October 4, 2011. It's the follow up to These Four Walls from 2009 and the EP, The Last Place You'll Look from 2010.

They've posted the first song from the album for stream or download and you can find it here.

The band has also announced European, UK and US dates this fall.
