Star F*cking Hipsters announce ‘From the Dumpster to the Grave’

Star Fucking Hipsters will release their new album From the Dumpster To the Grave on October 11, 2011 via Fat Wreck Chords; once out, it'll follow up 2009's Never Rest in Peace. This will be the band's first new material with their revamped lineup that includes Mikey Erg on drums and co-vocalist Kelsey, also of Chump Change.

I'm excited for this. The collabs/ Boots Riley and Blackbird Raum are sure to be awesome. Also, It will be interesting to hear both Nico and Kelsey on the vox. Kelsey seems to have a curstier delivery while Nico seemed to be a little bit more pop.

Also, the PR said there is contributions from a WIFS member? Who is that? Franz? Lucky? Jack?

Yula had played with them before ... wouldn't surprise me to hear her or Franz on there.

So SFH said that Nico had already recorded all her parts for this album back in March. Does that mean Nico will still be on this album?

From the SFH fb, the album features lead vox from Stza, Nico AND Kelsey. But, Nico has left the band, so the touring band will onoly include Stza and Kelsey on lead vox.

I don't really care how 'real' Stza/SFH is. Last two records had some nice tunes on them. If this one does too, it'll work for me.
