Media: Fairweather: “Kill the Silence”

Alternative Press is streaming a new track from Fairweather. "Kill the Silence" is the band's first new song since reuniting earlier this year; you can head here to listen to it. No word on release plans as of yet but we'll keep you posted.

Fairweather will be playing three shows in the northeast this weekend.

I used to listen to Fairweather the first time around but this doesn't do anything for me the same way their original releases did. It's tough to make a comeback when so many awful bands took your style and watered it down.

yeah I disagree... this sounds maybe that much fresher because of all the crap out there that wants to be this good but doesn't measure up.

Didn't Majority Rule record their first LP while Fairweather were paying for their studio time? I can't remember what happened but the albums (David Frost, uhhh If They Move) have the same drums and guitars and mics, just mixed by different people.

both bands had the same drummer for those two records. dude left to do majority rule full time shortly after that
