IFC comedy show Portlandia, the brainchild of Carrie Brownstein (Wild Flag, Sleater-Kinney) and Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live, Crisis of Conformity) will be hitting the road this winter for 7 dates in major US cities. Tickets are now available for the tour from the IFC website, which also reports that shows will feature the duo "performing live music, presenting sneak-peek clips from the show's second season and sharing personal anecdotes about the creation and inspiration of Portlandia and its variety of eccentric characters."

In addition to their work on Portlandia, both Brownstein and Armisen have released new music this year: Wild Flag's self-titled debut came out this past September on Merge Records, and Crisis of Conformity put out their Fist Fight! 7-inch via Drag City.
