Don Giovanni Records Showcase announced

Don Giovanni Records has announced their 2012 showcase event, to take place February 9th - 11th, 2012. The weekend will feature Screaming Females, Laura Stevenson & the Cans, For Science, Shellshag, House Boat, Mike Erg, and more. In addition, the Friday night will feature a screening of the Norm Macdonald vehicle Dirty Work.

The screamales are such an odd band for me... because Marissa can absolutely shred, but every time I've seen them I'm bored after 2 songs and I know there's still about 40 minutes left of guitar solos left.

They're really musically gifted, but they just don't do it for me.

this is gonna be awesome, but whoever submitted the story got some shit wrong and left out some sick bands playing the 2nd day.

Dirty Work is being screened on Thursday.

Secret Police and Nuclear Santa Claust are awesome.
