Long-running melodic punk band Down By Law have signed up with DC-Jam Records, who will release the band's first new material since 2003's windwardtidesandwaywardsails. The band expects a summer 2012 release for the as-yet unnamed record. Frontman Dave Smalley stated "We are really pumped about this new record and our signing with DC-Jam. It feels really good to be back into the studio again with DBL writing new music, and we can't wait to get on the road to showcase this album."- Home

Does Dave identify himself as a libertarian? Should that matter? Can libertarians favor any form of government regulation? If not, does that mean the only difference between libertarianism and anarchy is support for "national defense"?

i ended up owning about 75% of the records featured on punk-o-rama 3 but for some reason never got 'last of the sharpshooters' despite thinking that DBL's song on there was one of the best.
yeah, i even got that union 13 CD
