The Adolescents to release new EP this summer

Steve Soto of Adolescents was interviewed recently before an acoustic performance, where he revealed that his band is in the studio now recording an EP. The record will be a vinyl-only, Europe-only release, to coincide with the band's upcoming European tour this summer. Concrete Jungle Records, who put out the band's 2011 album The Fastest Kid Alive, will be releasing the EP.

Nope. The s/t is one of my favorite albums of all time and OC Confidential was pretty good, but avoid the last one unless you want to be bored out of your mind.

It's not bad. If you liked OC Confidential you'll like The Fastest Kid Alive.

I thought it was shit tons better than OC Confidential. Lots of good stuff in there. Did it ever get a domestic release?

It's not their best, but it's a hell of a lot better than most stuff being released these days.
