Connecticut's Asbestos Records has organized an northeast tour it's calling Skalapalooza 2012, featuring The Pietasters, Pilfers, and acoustic Spring Heeled Jack performances.

Spring Heeled Jack is the shit. I don't know how an acoustic set will sound, but damned if I didn't wish they were coming to Detroit. Pilfers are an awesome live show too.

I saw the Pietasters and Spring Heeled Jack together once. It was an amazing show. I still have my SHJ hoodie. They had to outline the clown face on it with sharpie because you couldn't tell what it was otherwise. To this day, the sharpie is still easy to see, and the thing has gone through the wash many a times...Anyone else know the hoodie I'm talking about?

Also, I saw Stephen Jackson put his dick on some kids head at a different show in Indianapolis. The show was cut short as the band had to book it so he wasn't arrested. Fun times.

I don't know exactly what SHJ acoustic means, but Chris Rhodes told me yesterday that he's not a part of it.
