The Hold Steady will be hitting the road this summer, touring North America. The band last released Heaven Is Whenever in 2010.

Man, I love the Hold Steady, but seriously, someone did not coordinate schedules in Philly. Happening in or around Philly that day: this show/festival, Riot Fest East (which I already have a ticket for), Warped Tour (in Camden), Firefly Music Festival (in Dover). How the hell does that happen?
