Videos: Pure Love: “Handsome Devil's Club”

Pure Love, the new project from ex-Gallows frontman Frank Carter and The Hope Conspiracy/Suicide File's Jimmy Carroll have posted their second video for their second single, "Handsome Devil's Club." The band has not yet set a release date for their upcoming full length debut, but Vertigo/Mercury Records (a subsidiary of Universal Music Group and home to Gaslight Anthem) has promised a record in October.

It's ok. It's a bit too 'jangly British indie rock' filtered through The Menzingers if they were more asleep. I never liked Gallows, but this could use more of their bite.

I see what you're saying. It is a bit cringe worthy. Maybe he's role playing in the song or something. Only because in my opinion he seems like a smart well-informed type of guy. Seems to be in love with his gal and has a lot of respect for her. (Just going by his twitter) It just doesn't fit. But what do I know?Nothing, really

He is a ginger and we all know they lack souls so there is really no telling.

I agree though, from what I remember in interviews, he is a momma's boy and those sorts of dudes usually don't seem that misogynistic.

I've like the two songs they have released so far so im definitely going to check out the record. But what the hell is up with that band name it's awful. It sounds like a Cure cover band. Im renaming it in my iTunes as Frank Carter.

I wonder if Gallows ever stop and think, damn the only reason we were good was Frank. And now he's in a much better band than we are. Because everytime Pure Love puts out a new song, it's more and more apparent.
