I couldn't get into any of their records, but these guys look pretty fun/polished live.

I'm wondering if that was the way Walter always sang with Quicksand or if the shouting style on the records was more of a vocal/reverb effect? Seems kind of odd to hear this songs with the clean singing. Or, could just be Walter is used to singing like this for Rival Schools and his solo stuff now.

I remember seeing these guys open for White Zombie and Anthrax a very very long time ago... I rocked sweet metal hair and looked kick ass in my sleeveless Maiden shirt at 14 years old. |
