Media: Sick Fix: “Phoenix”

NPR is streaming a new song from Baltimore/D.C.-based hardcore band Sick Fix, called "Phoenix." The band, which includes members of Magrudergrind and Coke Bust, recently released their debut full-length, Vexed, via A389 Recordings.

If you live in the DMV area go see this band live the next opportunity your get cause they rip. And I don't even like hardcore.

Absolutely. Seen 'em a few times, great shows. And the new album is great.

Yes, they rule live/recording/etc. But you obviously you DO like hardcore. Not only is it a huge genre where general statements like that make no sense, but there are plenty of bands who sound like this or similar to that you could enjoy for the same reasons.
