Fear detail re-recorded ‘The Record’

Hardcore act Fear have unveiled details about their upcoming re-recording of their classic debut, 1982's The Record. The album will be titled simply The Fear Record, and is set to be released on November 6, 2012, by The End Records. It also features a new track order and cover art.

Fear is awesome and the original fear record is top notch, but this ism pointless. A live version of the first lp would be more interesting.

This is probably the dumbest idea in a while. The original is classic for several reasons, but I love the production on the original, there is very little chance this is going to be remotely good.

Guys, chillthafuckout. Maybe they aren't happy with the original recording. How can you judge what you haven't even heard yet? If you think it's a bad idea, just don't buy it; nobody's forcing you to listen to it.
