While on tour together, members of Strung Out and The Swellers performed a cover of No Use for a Name's "Justified Black Eye." The track comes from 1995's Leche Con Carne and the bands dedicated the song to their late friend, Tony Sly, who passed away in August. Tony's bandmates dissolved the band soon after that.

Great drummer. He really hits the beats right on and probably makes a stress free integration to the other musicians.

I saw this in Jax, FL. Strung Out also played Soulmate that with the Swellers. I recorded both. |
