I'm surprised this kreayshawn character didn't troll her way to the top.

"Propagandhi narrowly beat out NOFX". There is something deeply wrong about that sentence.
superpredictable (October 4, 2012)
it's absurd that silver age is #18, that thing is the #1 album of the YEAR.

Self Entitled being in front of Floral Green shows that, yet again, the album ranking feature here is dumb.

Kreayshawn beating Red Collar is going to make for some fun comments.

Murder By Death owned this month for me, and will probably end up being a top 5 record for 2012. That Chotto Ghetto record is nuts, and Title Fight keeps getting better.
ozmanx (October 4, 2012)
Mine was Murder by Death, can't stop listening to their new record... seeing them in a few hours btw. The Sidekicks too.

Why does Chris always have that serial killer look in press photos? The rest of the guys seem to be enjoying themselves, but Chris seems pissed off about a lot of things. Now that I think about it, it actually explains a lot of things...
DesertBurst92 (October 4, 2012)
fucking green day made it to #5?! That "kill the dj "song should be grounds for keeping it off this list entirely.
xherojuanax (October 4, 2012)
As someone with a NOFX decal on the rear window of his car, I must say that Failed States is a far, far superior album to Self Entitled. Praising the latter just seems so entirely senseless. The album is literally insulting ("My Sycophant Others").
tabbris (October 4, 2012)
I really wish more people listened to sparkles, it's just such a great record.

OMG, Im totes starting to dig that Kreayshawn, lol, lol!! No jk this time, I like it!!
RiotRiot81 (October 5, 2012)
No Morning Glory?.?.?To bad Ezra absolutely poured his heart out, and wrote something of a modern recovery redemption anthem album.

That Red Collar record is amazing.
whiskyboys (October 5, 2012)
I guess Dinosaur Jr didn't get justice. I enjoyed that record. Russ solo record is in14 not bad.
stagedives (October 5, 2012)
Green day shouldn't of even been on here, and this is your life should of gotten at least number four or five! Propagandhi of course beats the shit out of any of them
NeverBeAMachine (October 5, 2012)
Good to see Propagandhi and NOFX at #1 and #2, respectively. Proof that actual punk rock is still better than that trendy indie/pseudo-punk garbage that everyone keeps praising here on the org.
ak3punk (October 5, 2012)
Title Fight should be # 2, Russ should be # 3. The Propagandhi deserves to be on the top, what a stellar album. |
