Victory signs Snow White's Poison Bite

Victory Records has signed the horrorcore outfit Snow White's Poison Bite. The band, who seem at least aesthetically indebted to the Misfits, are described as "rip-roaring riffs to terrifying screams and charmful clean vocals, " As usual, Victory announced the signing with a video.

Here is the thing. their 'hardcore' is AWFUL AWFUL but they did sign God Forbid. Oh and i have a few friends from there too. I read Hack/Slash's Tim Seeley lives there no nuking Chicago please maybe just the block that is home to their offices.

Actually, isn't it just "horror punk"? "Horrorcore" is a sub-genre of hip-hop, or at least according to Wikipedia it is.

I was looking it up solely to see if horror punk had any redeeming qualities. That's one sub-genre I never understood the appeal of. Has there ever been any worthwhile and original horror punk hands or is it all just Misfits worship? (Serious question. I'm not fully versed in the genre)
