Media: The Night Marchers: “All Hits”

San Diego's Night Marchers have posted a new song from their upcoming second album, Allez Allez. It was first announced in late September but looks like it will not be out till January 22, 2013.

The band includes current and former members of Rocket from the Crypt, Hot Snakes, CPC Gangbangs, and Beehive and the Barracudas and they previously released See You in Magic in 2008.

So excited when they posted a song from the new record. So bummed when I see that it's a 2 year old song/recording that I've had for just as long.

Yeah, there are a few tracks on the thing that aren't really new songs: "Thar She Blows" & "All Hits" were released last year as a 7", and "Fisting the Fanbase" goes back to their earliest shows I believe. I missed out on the pre-See You in Magic stuff because I wasn't paying attention to the Swami board at the time & had no idea when they were playing, and I'm not into bootleg recordings. But some of the nwe songs ("Tropical Depression", "Loud Dumb & Mean", "Javalinaville") were great live.

I'm not sure if it's still up, but Tropical Depression was somewhere on the internet 6 or 8 months ago... (Soundcloud maybe?)
