Circa Survive and Minus the Bear have announced a co-headlining tour for the spring, called "Waves Overhead." The bands will be supported by Now, Now.

Unfortunately I would have to say the same thing. I don't totally hate the last two, Cold Company is pretty great, but overall...meh. Which blows. They were one of my all time faves since Pirates.
