The Militia Group announced in their latest newsletter that California band Noise Ratchet have inked a deal with major label American Recordings [currently the home of System Of A Down, Slayer, Johnny Cash, and more]. Before the band's departure, they will be releasing a 6-song EP in May with their former home.

well, at least they will be on the same label as slayer and system of a down. then maybe their labelmates will teach them not to suck so bad.

The song fiction arms off the 2003 Militia group sampler is a departure from their old sound. You will probably like it more than previous efforts. 2+ Replies

This band is from here, and they suck so bad. They changed their sound to what it is now, and got even worse. So many bands better than this out there, sooooooo many.

Could anyone imagine what it would be like if SOAD, Slayer, and Johnny Cash toured together? Like a label showcase type deal. I know it would never happen, but that would be maybe the best show I've ever seen. Or never get to see. I doubt Johnny Cash plays shows anymore. He's up there and it's not like he needs to. | Features
