$65,478,341 is what it has done so far. Which isn't exactly a huge amount, but concidering the time of year. It did go #1 for a little while. too. I think that's probably too much either way... -Jay

His did told the truth. I know so many morons that "voted green" just because it was the anti everyone vote. Essentially it just fucked Gore(personally I did not like him either, also, I am too young to vote) and helped Bush, this was well known but still idiots voted for Nader and helped Bush win.

Everyone had the right to choose their own candidate and it maybe a mistake, but what he basically did was blame Green party people for getting Bush elected. They were trying to make a difference by voting Green, but thanks to people like that dude, people should feel ashamed of it?

I don't know if that really is the case. Most educated people on the issues seem to vote more, so if someone was to vote to be a rebel just doesn't make sense to me. That's the first thing I've heard about that.

At least on the website it is begining to show that he knows that. When it started there was not even a hint of another choice you can make. Like you get kicked out of the punk club if you disigree with him and his propaganda.

but the more ignorant they continue to be, the less chance we have for any change. we need to be educating people on how to make an informed decision. it doesn't even matter if you agree with mike's position. you still need to come to that conclusion on your own, with facts, not opinions. i wouldn't ever censor anyone. i just think its dangerous to force your opinion on people who respect you. its our responsibility to educate anyone that doesn't understand what's going on, to give them the information to make their own decision.

Excuse me, but thats exactly what we are trying to do at punk voter. We are collecting many different opinions from all over the country. We are gathering different bits of information that we think the public should know about that are not on the TV news. We are just trying to do something positive instead of just bitching about stuff. Why people have a problem with that, I really don't understand. i'm not a big nofx fan, but think of it this way: the world is fucked up. realists and those who can see whats really going aren't always the strongest mentally. it helps to have something that can help you escape from the madness. i don't do any drugs, other than alcohol (from time to time), but i can totally understand why a smart person would do drugs. Its giving in. Sometimes you just get the feeling that you can't win, and having a few beers can make you forget that your best friend just died, or that the world is in shambles, which is not all bush's fault. thats the big issue. millions of people are actively contributing to the destruction of the world. you may've noticed the downward fall of intelligence and common sense. its not getting any better. sometimes you need a drink. sure, it creates a dependency. but doing drugs doesn't automatically make someone dumb. a lot

i think they should make a law that for the next 2 elections, only the women get to vote. or maybe they should make a law that we all vote. of course, if everybody voted, we wouldn't be in the predicament with bush that we're currently in. something somewhere makes me think that there may be more smart people out there than dumb people in this country. the problem is that, due to their ignorance, dumb people are more ambitious when it comes to voting and spreading false information. smart people often see it as a lost cause, so they stay home. i'd really be curious as to who'd be in the whitehouse if everybody truely had a say in the matter. hell, if i had a say in the matter, there wouldn't be a federal government at all. regional governers would have direct control over their systems (just like star wars) the federal government isn't necessary. there could still be an arm

it wouldn't work...unless it was utopia (or the movies--Star Wars being a prime example) the concept has failed in the US 2 times before... the south tried to do it during the civil war the anti-federalists wanted to set up state governments unfortunately, the federal government is really needed to keep all the states on the same page, otherwise we wouldn't be united at all

Oh man, you guys should have seen it. Tonight at the Rise Against show in Norfolk (very large Naval base), at the end of the set Tim said "fuck the war" and all these steakheads started booing, I swear like half the place was booing. Hysterical.

Jay's shit failed to take into consideration that Nader was trying to get 5% nationwide so that he could participate in debates. That would have been bombass. Also the Democratic party robs the Green party of votes when the use these scare tactics, especially here in Texas where the electoral college renders my vote useless, except to help Nader participate in debates. Know what your vote can do, then vote.

Ok my comment is about how democratic some of thiscrap is. I watched the trailer on the new nofx cd and its completely one sided. They forget to mention that Gore him self selected the countys that they recounted. Now however i do agreee that the court may have had a hand in the republican victory; for instance, they're supposed to do a state wide re-count, but that wasn't inforced. Myproblem is that even though it may have been stolen, I really wouldn't of wanted a democrate in office. Michael Moore keeps writing articles on how we're in dept because of Bush. Well let me ask him if he was happier when Clinton was in office and we weren't in dept? JB's comments are the only sesible ones to me one that entire website. Tellin people to get involved and stop following some liberal on a website is the right thing. Anyways keep rockin hommies...later

yo! firstly all gore selected the countys that were to be recounted, so saying bush shouldnt be in office because gore didnt understand that the entire state is supposed to be recounted is exstremely unfair. bush actuallly wanted a state wide recount, but gore turned it down. now the arguement should be that the COURTS stole the election, and not bush. it is the courts job to uphold these laws. now im no bush lover, i think he's a peace of monkey shit that should burn in hell, just as much as the next dude does, but i wouldnt much rather have that other fuckin red neck, al fuckin gore, in office... reply and tell me how horrible wrong i am. thanks! brett from paxil
