Mick Jones of The Clash has opened a "rock and roll public library." The library is a collection of artifacts from Mick Jones's life, which he feels has been influential on his own person or on the world as a whole. Items included in the exhibit are books, comics, and pictures from Jones' youth, records, artifacts from his bands including the Clash and B.A.D., as well as other items. The exhibit runs through November 22, 2015 and is located at Instituto Santa Maria Della Pieta, Venice.

Meanwhile, Jones has will release a new, ambient EP called Ex Libiris to coincide with the exhibit. It's out May 18 and is limited to 1,000 copies. You can order it here. Meanwhile, you can stream the entire release below.
