In a recent interview with New Noise magazine, Dr. Know of the Bad Brains has announced plans to record a new EP. At the end of May, the Bad Brains will record in Woodstock, NY. For the recording, the vocalist spot will be filled by Jesse Royal, a young Jamaican singer. The band will write and record the album in one day, in front of an audience of 60-70 people. The session is part of a series of similar recording sessions called The Woodstock Sessions. You can find more information here.
