I'm told today is National Burger Day, so make sure you head out to one of those fashionable burger joints that are popular these days to enjoy a grass-fed Kobe beef burger topped with organic microgreens, house-made chipotle ketchup, Wisconsin farmhouse cheddar, applewood smoked bacon and an endangered quail egg, served on an artisinal brioche bun.
