Two days ago, Washington state Governor Jay Inslee named February 7, 2017 "Clash Day" for the state of Washington. Inslee cited the band playing the Paramount theatre in Seattle, Washington as the basis for the Proclamation. Band members named in the proclamation included Joe Strummer, Paul Simonon, and curiously, "Nick Jones." Clash Day appears to be a one-day event and not an annual celebration.
