Didn't you hear the latest craze was emo, why are you playing pop-punk? Why was the Hazen St. song on the Warped comp one of the lamest songs I've ever heard?

i think they play when they can, their all in other different bands, i know one is in mdc,and another guy goes around to different countries to check stuff out with his wife. so i know that when they played their last show at abc, they said they probably be back playing again within a year and that was like back in december i think. but they played i think two new songs and they were fucking amazing.

Just out of curiosity... Weren't they all real questions? A question doesn't have to be dick sucking a band's career. What if I (the person that wrote the first set of questions) and the rest didn't want to ask "how do you make such amazing music?" or "who were your influences?" You won't get far in life if you're only willing to deal with positivity.

Hey, I got my H2O shirt at Hot Topic, but only after Tom Delonge wore it in Adam's Song, of course. What's your point, man? There's lots of people that are nice that make music other's don't enjoy. For instance, I think Moby makes terrible music, but if I saw him in person I wouldn't throw things at him or anything. I think the people posting negative things but would still be nice to the person IN PERSON are showing a higher level of maturity than you are.

With the greatly directional fan reaction from Go!, as well as your endeavours with MCA, have you felt a compulsion to return to "oldschool h2o style" (as your website states) to appease old fans left unsatisfied from the MCA experiences? Face to Face attempted this after a largely experimental album, and the only result was what seemed to be a half-hearted album that existed more for the fans than to reflect the band's genuine state of being.

What was the inspiration behind the birth of Hazen St... Was it felt that the greater pop sense of H2O's MCA releases did not fit the character of the band, and would be better represented if brought to a different band, such as Hazen St.? the jump to mca was a stupid, ridiculous, and hypocritical move. i am perfectly willing to acknowledge the possibility that they bailed on mca rather than mca kicking their asses to the curb, because mca records is dead. mca is now a part of geffen records, and geffen is going to drop a grip of bands, as well as kill the mca name. drive thru is also now a part of geffen. so jumping ship makes a lot more sense than sinking with the label only to end up dropped by geffen anyway. plus, geffen has had a history of being a shitty label with shitty label/artist relationships, as well as a consistently shitty roster. so anyway... i guess the questions would be: does every punk band that releases an album on mca have to dilute their sound to the point of irrelevance? would you have felt comfortable releasing "go" on epitaph? do you have any plans of returning to the fucking

and go is shit compared to everything that they released... bands are notorious for dropping shitty labels once they jump ship to a major. i dont think anyone could honestly say that "go" accurately represents the classic h2o sound. its a clear, calculated departure from their previous material... i dont expect them to remake the same record over and over again, but i also don't expect a fucking shitty record, whether it is more pop or not. this departure towards a more "pop" sound coincides with signing to the major label... and h2o just shouldn't be a fucking pop punk band. they can't pull it off. all of their earlier releases rock though.

I'd like to know how it feels to know that you have in fact lost almost all of your original 'hard-core' of fans that you've always trumpeted so much.
