Oh, are they going to make French jokes? That's the only way I'll go see a French Canadian band is if they make lots of Freedom/French jokes. Otherwise they suck and do not play to my patriotic tendencies so they're terrorists. 2+ Replies

My band, Gruk, got to play three shows on tour with the Sainte Catehrines this summer... I just have to say, Sainte Catherines are some of the funnest, nicest people you'd ever want to meet, and a fucking awesome band. They taught me how to swear in French!!! I'll never forget those awesome three shows in Des Moines, Fargo and Inner Grove Heights... ahh, good times. Love, Ryan Emotion | Features
