New Hatebreed Single, Video Shoot

us that Hatebreed's website is streaming the song "This Is Now" from their upcoming Republic/Universal release The Rise of Brutality. The album hits stores on October 28th. You can stream the song from their news section (sorry I haven't linked it directly). The band is looking for 200 fans to attend the upcoming video shoot for the song. Click below for details.

NOTE:
Now for your first movie term! "No whites, no brights!" Basically it means wear dark clothes in the black, brown, gray, green and blue family. Whites and yellows are not good!

white and yellows are highly reflective on film and often can throw off the focus of a camera. this is why many cameras are *white balanced* before a filming. since im guessin everyones not going to be sitting around stagnantly in the video, and therell likely be much motion...whites are to be avoided as such. blah dee fuckin blah.

It's a really good fucking album, but it's not a classic example of punk rock. Tate just overexaggerates everything (yes, I said overexagerates). There's like a Tate scale...for everything he says, divide in half, and that's really/probably how it is.

Hatebreed cancelled 3 dates on the RoB Tour, and the other bands are going to play TOMORROW at Mary Jane's. It's going to be a double show put on by Hate Tank Productions (hatetank.org) Doors at 7 PM Show at 8 PM Madball Terror Hate Eternal Cephalic Carnage Figure Four Punch Your Face Show split between Mary Jane's and Walter's on Washington. Come on out and show them that Houston has a hardcore scene. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW !!!

Houston has a hardcore scene....a hardcore REDNECK scene....haha. Just messing, I'm sure there are a lot of really cool bands from Texas that hate what the state stands for just as much as i do. But Hatebreeed certainly isn't one of them.....fuck that pussy band. This isn't hardcore, this is cookiemonster "chugga chugga" over produced, uncreative, underripe trash made for brain dead little wannabe nazis and kids who call themselves "hardcore" when they don't even know the meaning of the term to begin with....VERY FEW REAL hardcore bands exist....and thats a fact.

Hey, it's ok, it's not like I'm a redneck, so I don't care. But I just want you to know that Houston, and Texas in general isn't just cowboys and drinking, we have a very diverse culture, and Austin has one of the best music scenes in America. Also, I know I'm not a "hardcore kid", I'm the furthest thing from it, hell, my favorite bands are the Lawrence Arms, Alkaline Trio, Less Than Jake, Hot Rod Circuit, At the Drive In, and Glasseater. Also, my post was more about Madball than Hatebreed, why the rant about Hatebreed ?
