"Hey all y'all, just a little heads up that Fat has posted an Against Me! mp3 and other stuff regarding their upcoming record. People have been itchin to hear this shit, so we hope this one song does the trick for now. They're about to embark on their 7 month tour, so this means you have a chance to see 'em and that the streets of Gainesville should be safe for a while. Party on Wayne."

But, at the same time, have you heard most of the crap thats been released this year? Against Me! is sure to land in the top 10 somewhere.

Yeah, I might check out this album, but that song isn't as good as their older stuff. It might just make my top 10, but if it does, it will be towards the bottom. By the way, the new Murder By Death will most likely be in my top 5. It is excellant.

...and for a lot of genres, I might add. Not only is it a good year but a good year for a lot of different people. We're definitely going to see a lot of different lists of differently praised albums.

I think the only group that i haven't been dissapointed by in some way this year is HORSE the band. But, yes, altogether it's been a year of GOOD releases, yet to see a truly great one yet. -El Vaquero the HORSE record hasn't been released yet. teehee!

Wow, this is so much better than I expected. Wow. I am so pissed my girlfriend lost my Inventing Axl Rose cd (which she claims I have but psshh!) Anyway, I cannot wait to get my grubby mitts on this cd and have audio intercourse with me. Karl Also, for those who may be a little late in the game: Kill Bill fucking owns.

I like most of the tracks on reinventing axl better than this track, but will i say "I don't like it"? Nah, I cant say that!

I thought that at first, that the "edge" was gone. But after listening to it more, it grew on me until the point where I regarded it just as good as the rest of their songs. It's WAY more instrumental which throws you off, but I think once you get used to it, it really kicks ass.

some thoughts 1. the squirtgun ad at the top is really pathetic, all it does is namedrop the members ex-bands. never heard squirtgun but i don't really want to. 2. the against me song: something about it just doesn't make me care so much. i guess i was never sold on "reinventing..", but this sounds even less interesting... at least the last cd had a much more raw sound, and a more acoustic-based instrumentation, that this one seems to lack. i wouldn't place this in the top ten of this year so far, as others here seem to want to do. -duped (nobody wants my opinion but meh)

I really really really love this band, and this is a great song to see live. But this is a terrible recording of it. It seems so average.
