Sporin writes "Get off your ass and vote. And if you're not 18, find someone who is and most likely won't vote; have them vote for you. If you're like me and despise Bush and Gore, do a little research and find a candidate who will actually do some good for you. It's your future and it's your choice. Do some good this fall. " And if you can't vote on the issues, at least vote Gore since he liked Being John Malkovich and Futurama...

anyone who doesn't vote is either a - lazy or b - or uninformed. i'm not trying to push voting for nader but if everyone actually took time and read about his idea (well, the green party in general) there would be no reason not to vote for him. anyone who would vote for a republicrat is simply clueless. not only are they one in the same but they have proved unreliable time and time and time again. democracy or government is so primitive and a step backwards. well we ever learn?

People who vote Republican do so out of fear and greed. The party only serves the interests of the few in power to keep the status quo and hold the money of those who have lots of it. The whole party focuses on "N.I.M.B.Y." bullshit mentality, the "why should I pay for this government program if I don't use it?" question. This, of course, defeats the whole purpose of taxes and destroys the community.
