Fiddler Records, home to Salem, The Bled, and more, have started an imprint label, appropriately titled The Imprint. The Imprint's webpage states that it is "a place for bands to grow and learn about the music industry and most importantly, to learn about themselves." The Imprint is currently accepting demos; visit TheImprint.com for more information.

Yeah this is bullshit. I mean what's the deal here? An "independant" label who doesn't really have that many great artists itself starts a smaller label with even lesser artists to "learn about the music industry". So is it just some warehouse where small bands get fucked straight in the ass no lube? I mean really.

I thought the mp3 revolution was gonna put the majors outta business and give exposure to the independents. Instead, the majors just mascarade as independents, but the music still sucks. Fantastic. | Features
