Suspension for Anti-Patriotism

Hello, this is Ian Horton back with my second story. To further add salt to the wound, Mr. Watkins has expelled 5 of my friends for refusal to pledge allegiance at a pep rally. The official reason given by Watkins was "insubordination," which I am also guilty of according to Watkins. This is an obvious violation of both separation of church and state and the First Amendment. I urge you to do anything possible to support me and to end this reign of terror by Watkins. yeah this sounds a little hard to believe. expulsion? its the damn pledge of allegiance. not 15 hail marys. grow up.

You can't make a comparison between hail marys and the pledge of allegiance cause they are all a violation of his first amendment rights. That right is based on the fact that if he can get away with this who knows what he will try next. And the supreme court has ruled that the right to not speak is covered under the righ to free speach.

is america really that bad of a place to live that you cant pledge allegiance to it. there are people out there that died for your freedom: so you could own your computer and have a house to live in, and food on your table. not like india. it is total poverty. They can't even afford a t shirt. could you imagine living on a dirt road with no food, EXTREME overpopulation, and no place to turn. although i do agree with you that freedom of expression should be acknowledged, and you should not have to pay for the student id's, you need to learn to appreciate what you have and stop complaining. LIFE IS TO SHORT! i am not a patriot nor will i ever be. I would not fight for a cause i don't believe. Go ahead and say i'm not a true punk. if punk is about whiny little bitches who hate their country, i dont want to be one. if you don't like this country, move. maybe

god i hate people like you who are right in the middle and dont know shit about america listen to the pledge of allegance and think about on of the lines "and justice for all" now think about that and tell me if that is true IN AMERICA..........a few words come to mind RACISM, CLASSISM, SEXISM, AGEISM, and all the other isms out there i hate you whoever you are
