The Hunches, Reigning Sound and more at In The Red SXSW showcase

Since we're already talking about In The Red Records here's the lineup for the band's SXSW showcase. The show takes place on March 20th at Beerland in Austing TX. Bands playing include Reigning Sound, Lost Sounds, The Hunches, The Ponys, The Fuse! and The Mystery Girls.

Fuck, I wish I could go. All 6 of those bands kick ass. Jay Reatard of the Lost Sounds' old band, the Reatards, is playing Chicago Blackout, along with Greg Oblivion of the Reigning Sound's other band, The Deadly Snakes(not that any of you probably care)........And you can bet yer ass 'Ol Petro will be there. Look for the pasty guy in the beat-to-fuck '60's leather jacket and the black derby.

new reigning sound record in march. whoooohoooooooooo!!! and the Deadly Snakes' "Ode To Joy" is a great record. Greg Oblivian isn't in it anymore though.

Yeah, but he still does shit with 'em sometimes though......you know, like Jim Diamond does with about every band he touches.
