Across Five Aprils has announced that former vocalist Steve Taylor has decided to rejoin the band.
Hey Everyone, We have some great news. Steve Taylor who was the vocalist who recorded on the last two albums, has decided to reassume the position as across five aprils frontman. For those who don't know, Steve announced that he had to leave the band due to responsibilities at home shortly before recording the full-length "A Tragedy in Progress". He has been managing the band over the last several months before this decision and will also still be doing all management duties for the band, as well as managing one of our friend afarewelltoarms (steve also does guest vocals on a song with afarewelltoarms on their new full length). This comes at a very good time as we are on the heels of going back into the studio to record an EP that we will release on Indianola Records (Evergreen Terrace, Casey Jones, Judas Cradle, A Jealousy Issue, Mercury Switch, as well as our own full length release) Until then, you can still order our full length in the merch page along with 2 brand new t-shirt designs. Please feel free to sign our guestbook and give us feedback on how you feel about everything. Also make sure and sign up for the email list so that you can receive updates and such. Sincerely, Across Five Aprils Indianola Records (20 comments)

I have a question. What does "Across Five Aprils" mean? I can't figure it out. 4+ Replies

*sniff* what's that I smell? oh, I think it's a publicity stunt. I liked the oh-so-subtle marketing at the end. 2+ Replies

Across 5 Aprils was the name of a book about the civil war, because the civil war started in april 1961 and ended in april 1965, hence the war lasted, Across 5 Aprils. 2+ Replies
