- Maritime, featuring ½ of The Promise Ring and ¼ of the Dismemberment Plan, will be releasing a full length, "Glass Floor," on DeSoto on May 31.

De Soto Records (owned by ex-Jawbox husband and wife team Kim Coletta and Bill Barbot) has gotten the rights back for both of Jawbox's major label releases. The tentative plan is to re-release both albums in the next year, possibly with added DVD content.

it's a shame more people aren't commenting, as this was one of the great underrated(?) bands of the '90's. both of their atlantic albums were outstanding, and i'm pretty fuckin stoked that they're being made available again. 4+ Replies
