Jacksonville, FL's Whole Wheat Bread is currently on tour supporting the Suicide Girls Live Burlesque Show. Immediately following that tour the young black pop-punk act will enter the studio to record their debut full length with producer Darian Rundall (Pennywise, Yellowcard, Strung Out). The album will be released in the early fall on independent label Fighting Records.

I have an idea! Let's put girls who aren't attractive enough to make money as actual models or even in most pornos, put some cliche fashions on them, make them look dangerous or snarl their lips, and market it them to the burgeoning punk audience~!!~!!~!~ And it works. I need to get on the ball here. My concept: Punk Flintstones. Dino now wears a leather studded jacket and won't stand for Fred or Wilma treating him like an animal. He also votes Democratic, bitches. 3+ Replies

Those mp3s on their site are incredibly horrid. I'll give props for their attempt at trying a genre in which they're the understated minority, but they sound like a dumbed-down version of Simple Plan, which is, well...yeah... 1+ Reply
