Yeah, doesn't it suck that Hüsker Dü, the Replacements, Soul Asylum, Dillinger Four and Prince all stopped making music as soon as they were recognized outside of the Twin Cities? Oh, right. The best band ever. Lifter Puller.

Pick up Fiestas + Fiascos by Lifter Puller. It'll be the smartest thing you ever did. Slug makes an appearance on the song "Lake Street Is for Lovers." He's also on the song "Math Is Money" which you can find on the double CD Soft Rock, collecting LFTRPLLR's first two records, EP and various other songs. That'll be the other smartest thing you ever did. The line "Every time I chase a squirrel, it rips apart my world" from the Atmosphere song was originally a LFTRPLLR line. And remember the line "You kiss just like you came and that's a Lifter Puller line for those who don't got game"? Word. I think that's in "Reflections." Looks like you ain't got no game. Lifter Puller is still the best band ever. The fighting started friendly enough now everybody's making love.
