Linday McDougall of Frenzal Rhomb has put together the two disc Rock Against Howard compilation. The album rallies like-minded bands against Australian Prime Minister and Liberal Party leader John Howard. The record is out now on F'ckAll Records through Shock. All profits from it go to refugee and anti-Howard causes.
Bands on the compilation include Steve Towson, Frenzal Rhomb, H-Block 101, Unpaid Dept, The Resin Dogs, Something For Kate, Peabody, Bodyjar and more. More information and a full band listing can be found at RockAgainstHoward.com. Shock Records (74 comments)

I swear, the second Bush loses this upcoming election, the entire "punk" community will hate Kerry. and when someone follows Kerry, you will all hate that guy (because we know it wont be a woman, society wont alllow it). Just make sure you hate Kerry for a good reason. It is beginning to feel like if it's the establishment, you must hate it, regardless. I can understand why people are PO'ed with bush, but it kinda feels like there is no way to appease any of you super-street-anarcho-oi-oi-oi-FATMIIKEFOREVER-punks. maybe i'm just tired. 6+ Replies

Kids, the liberal and conservative labels you're pinning on this man are American labels. They don't mean the same thing everywhere. -p@!

Now we can all stop hearing self righteous Auzziez mocking the Rock Against Bush ideas......even though the Rock Against Bush shit is fucking lame, now the Kangaroo fuckers are just as lame. Instead of all profits going to refugees, why not send the money to the opressed Aboriginal people or the gays that get killed in Tazmania? 3+ Replies
