Capital is a melodic hardcore band comprised of former and current members of Silent Majority / Blood Red and Thieves and Assassins, taking influence from Dag Nasty, Avail, and Lifetime for a sound similar to such. The band formed in mid-2005 and delivered their first full-length, Signal Corps, on local label Iron Pier about a year later. Around the same time, the band signed to legendary hardcore label Revelation, releasing their label debut, Homefront, another year later.
