Giving Chase are a melodic hardcore band based out of Philadelphia, PA. Their sound is unique blend of agressive hardcore, often melodic vocals and scorching guitars. Comparisons to genre counterparts such as Boy Sets Fire, Kid Dynamite and Dag Nasty are certainly appropriate, and with their continuous schedule of touring, their popularity only seems to be growing.
The band released their first EP, Nothing Ever Changes, via local label Jump Start Records, in 2003. The band's most recent output is 2007's debut full-length, A Cheap Print of a Masterpiece.
