Seeing as how Brett and Mike have been friends for years and both run successful record labels I'm sure Brett coud care less who/where the next NOFX album is realreased and probably doesn't think the album sucks (because it doesn't). I highly doubt Brett's disapointed about losing the
"money" from NOFX's album sales. Brett was probably just being funny, as it is ironic that NOFX and Fat Mike have taken a more serious tone on things as of late. (though have had politcal messages throughout many songs over the years).

NOFX had one album contracts with Epitaph each time they went to do a record. So their contract has nothing to do with it.
