I don't know if I'd go that far. I've had it stuck in my head all day, though.

it saddens me that pennywise gets forgotten when discussing great skate punk. unknown road and about time are great records

Hmmm...Really? Even skate punk I'm not sure it works. Not sure it even applies as best NOFX song.
Don't get me wrong I love that song and it fucking owns live but "best" anything may be beyond it.
But my favorite Bad Religion song is either "Flat Earth Society" or "You", so my feelings may be invalid.

    Hi, do you have ears?

Even if it's skate punk, how could anyone even consider nofx and lagwagon?

Sure those two are great, and nofx are still a shitload of fun, but ever heard of these two bands called DRI and Suicidal Tendencies?

Maybe you were talking "best song put out in the 90's on epitaph/fat wreck", in that case, nofx and lagwagon and two perfectly good choices.

If anything is underrated, it's classic 80's skate rock/thrash.
