    I don't think that is a problem, belgians have a good railway system and I bet there is a train to the town the festival is, check the prices on the train tickets before you buy it. maybe it's best for you to buy a Go-Pass, which is 10 trainrides within belgium, I think it's 40€. me and my girlfriend bought it last summer, and we were only going on 2 trainrides each, and that was cheaper than buying all the tickets

    It should be prety easy to get there from brussels. they will post the info as soon as the site is up. You'll probably have to take train to "diest" or "geel" and from there on they will organize busses tot the festival. that's how it has been de previous years.
