a lot of people will do that if you just initiate a conversation, regardless if they are in a band. but i know what you are saying cause it's really cool to meet people that you admire and they want to talk and have intelligent, cool conversations with you. I talked to Kris Roe for like 3 hours after an Ataris concert last november, he bought me my first legal drink. he's easily one of the coolest people to have a conversation with, it's just coincidence that he's in a band i like.
