    Yeah, Bob Marley exemplifies the entire genre of reggae, and every style and variation thereof, because he is the be-all, end-all of reggae.

    Reggae isn't for everyone. With that being said, Mikey Dread was much more than just reggae. He was able to help infuse reggae into punk music and collaberated with the clash ("the only band that matters") and was so influential in Strummers life.

    I won't call you a douche, I just feel that you aren't informed enough on the subjest to make a well thought out comment on Mikey Dread.

    Check out some of his stuff, you may learn a little.
