I have it on good word from sources close to Mr. Wentz that he does, in fact, sit around and come up with stuff specifically for the purpose of pissing people off and getting press. Case in point, the announcement he made around the time their last album leaked.

I actually don't blame him for things like this. It seems like he fully realizes that fob have no more than one more album in them before the 15yr olds move on and we never have to here from them again(hopefully). He is just cashing in for retirement.
