i think it's just since their most recent label was victory (for kill the house lights), even though that was a one off sorta thing.

They have a label. Just don't think it's been announced yet.

I was gonna mention that, seems rather tasteless put the icon of all that is crappy about music next to a Thursday story.

Mind you, Victory Records have shut down their U.K offices now, so it seems that brand Brummel is very much on the decline, probably something to do with the fact that no good band will sign with them anymore.... When "Aiden" is your flagship band, you have serious problems.
