I highly doubt they're trying to "milk the dead friend." Those guys have made enough cash to live the rest of their lives, and have so many connections that they could easily have just started a new band and made as much, if not more money, even if they weren't as commercially successful as hawthorne heights. Maybe they just like the band they're in and dont want to stop?
